I've lived here for over 2 years and love it. It's very quiet and the maintenance staff is great. They recently just did interior renovations and the upgraded cabinets and countertops are beautiful. Only thing I wish to change would be additional parking.

We have lived at Chelsea Village for 4 years and have been very happy! The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and the office staff is great, the rare times we've needed anything! It's a very family and pet friendly community. My children have loved the park and pond! The location is great as well! Close to everything you could ask for!

Quiet complex. In Washington Township school district. Neighbors are quiet ( for the most part). A lot of families and kids which is good because most people are on a schedule. The staff is really good. Anytime I have had to go into the office (which is rare) they always knew my name.

Seriously the best apartments ever!! Greatest maintenance staff you could ever ask for. Everyone is friendly, and they work very hard to make sure the landscape and apartments look clean and classy. You couldn't ask for better apartments
