At Chelsea Village Apartments, residents have access to our fitness center, swimming pool, stocked fishing lake, and laundry facilities.
At Chelsea Village Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Chelsea Village Apartments, the application fee is $35 per applicant, and the administrative fee is $100 per household, both due at the time of application.
At Chelsea Village Apartments, residents are responsible for the following utilities: electric, gas, internet, and cable.
Chelsea Village Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a fee of $20 a month, per pet. Residents of Chelsea Village Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At Chelsea Village Apartments, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, carports are available for an addtional $20 per month.
